Our kindergarten program focuses on developing the skills and experiences that children need to succeed in school and in life. We focus on developing skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, as well as promoting creativity and independence. Curriculum
At Ellie’s Academy, we are proud to offer a program that utilizes the HighScope curriculum. This research-based curriculum is designed to promote active learning and help children develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and independence.
The HighScope curriculum is based on the belief that children learn best through hands-on experiences and active exploration. Our teachers provide a variety of activities and experiences that encourage children to ask questions, make choices, and take responsibility for their own learning.
In our HighScope program, children will engage in a variety of activities that promote their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. They will participate in small and large group activities, work on individual projects, and have opportunities for outdoor play and exploration.
