At Ellie’s Academy, our pre-k program is designed to provide a stimulating and supportive environment where children can develop the skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. Our experienced teachers are trained in early childhood education and work closely with parents to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met. Our pre-k program focuses on the developmental milestones of 4-year-olds, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
We provide a variety of activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Our curriculum is designed to prepare children for the academic and social challenges they will face in kindergarten. We focus on developing skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, as well as promoting creativity and independence. We believe that our pre-k program provides an excellent foundation for lifelong learning.

Curriculum
At Ellie’s Academy, we are proud to offer a program that utilizes the HighScope curriculum. This research-based curriculum is designed to promote active learning and help children develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and independence.
The HighScope curriculum is based on the belief that children learn best through hands-on experiences and active exploration. Our teachers provide a variety of activities and experiences that encourage children to ask questions, make choices, and take responsibility for their own learning.
In our HighScope program, children will engage in a variety of activities that promote their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. They will participate in small and large group activities, work on individual projects, and have opportunities for outdoor play and exploration.
